Welcome to www.1dollar.co.nz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). By purchasing any promotional vouchers or cards (hereinafter referred to as "Vouchers") on this Platform, you explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Anti-Cheating, Bot and Software Prohibition
The use of any automated software, scripts, bots, extensions, or any unfair technical methods to participate in flash sales is strictly prohibited. If any fraudulent or automated activity is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform reserves the right to immediately cancel the orders, terminate the account, and withhold refunds without prior notice. We reserve the right to pursue full legal action and compensation.
2. Strict 1-Month Expiry Period
All Vouchers purchased successfully are strictly valid for 1 month (30 days) from the date of successful payment. Upon expiration, Vouchers will automatically become void, non-extendable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. This policy is strictly enforced for monthly sales and merchant data reconciliation, with no exceptions.
3. Limitation of Liability & Merchant Disputes
The Platform acts solely as a third-party promotional and transactional platform. The Platform does not provide the actual services or goods. Any disputes arising from the redemption or usage of the Vouchers (including but not limited to service quality, merchant refusal, or merchant insolvency) shall be resolved solely between the consumer and the respective merchant. The Platform assumes no direct, indirect, or joint legal liability or compensation.
4. Credit Card Fraud & Unauthorized Payments
All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Any liability arising from credit card fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized transactions shall be borne entirely by the relevant financial institution and the cardholder/customer. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Platform shall be fully exempt from any liability therein.
